3. Note. The above-referenced Deed of Trust was given to secure payment of
a Promissory Note executed by Wayne Turner on January 27, 2004.
4. Substitute Trustee. Paul D. Sullivan, Esq., of Measure Law Office, P.C., 24 First Avenue East, Suite C, Kalispell, Montana, 59901, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 918, Kalispell, Montana 59903, and phone number (406) 752-6373, was substituted as Trustee by a document recorded in the records of Flathead County, Montana, on August 29, 2011, under document number 201100017586.
5. Default. Grantor has defaulted under the Credit Agreement and Deed of Trust. The default consists of failure to pay under the Promissory Note.

Amount Owing: The approximate amount owing under the Credit Agree- ment and Deed of Trust, as of Novem- ber 26, 2014, is $139,410.93, consisting of principal, interest, late charges, fees and costs. The Trustee intends to claim fees in accordance with Section 71-1- 320, M.C.A. 7. Acceleration. Notice is hereby given that the Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust has elected and does hereby elect to consider all principal and interest to be immediately due and payable in consequence of the default of Grantor under the Credit Agreement and Deed of Trust.
8. Notice of Sale. Notice is hereby given that the Beneficiary under the Deed of
Trust hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold the property described above to satisfy the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. The sale will be held at the following date, time and place: DATE: April 15, 2015
