Winter
The shortest day of the year is behind us. The winter solstice came and
went on Saturday, Dec. 21, but winter has been leaving its mark on the
Solstice
valley throughout the month. Plummeting temperatures left unique ice
formations on frozen lakes. More recently, fresh blankets of snow have
been illuminated by bluebird skies. Whatever winter brings in the new
year, there will surely be beautiful scenes across the valley.
