EXPLORE PADDLEFEST AT WAYFARERS STATE PARK

SPORTSMAN AND SKI HAUS IS hosting its second annual Pad- dlefest event at Wayfarers State Park near Bigfork on May 21 and 22. From 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. you’ll be able to take your pick from a collection of paddleboards and kayaks and take them for a spin on the lake.
Among the brands participants can chose from are Surftech, Old Town, Necky, Tahoe, Dagger, Delta Kayak, Hobie Cat, Emotion Kayak, Ocean Kayak, NRS and more. DREAM Adap- tive will also be on hand with its abil- ity boards for people with disabilities who also want to get out on the water.
The event is the perfect way to not only take in the wonders of Flathead Lake but also give paddleboarding a try just in time for summer. For more info visit www.sportsmanskihaus. com.
Wayfarers State Park is located just south of Bigfork. The 67-acre park has 40 campsites and is open through- out the summer. There is also a boat launch, dock, picnic shelter and public restrooms.
