FOY’S TO BLACKTAIL TRAILS and Run Flathead invite run- ners and spectators of all ages to celebrate Kalispell’s favorite back- yard trail system on Sunday, June 5, at Herron Park. This thigh-burning trail running race will o er separate half marathon (13.1 mile), 10K and 5K dis- tances on courses throughout the Her- ron Park trail system, with age division awards and a ra e drawing for all race participants.
The rst 200 race participants will also receive free swag from race spon- sors as well as complimentary snacks, co ee and electrolyte drinks at the race start/ nish area. Two aid stations on the course will also provide uids, but please bring your own water bottle. All proceeds from the race bene t Foy’s to Blacktail Trails, the nonpro t steward- ship and maintenance partner of Her- ron Park.
Race registration is open online at Herronhalf.org through June 4, 2016. Racers may also register the morning of the race from 7:30am - 8:30am, for a $10 surcharge.
