SUNDAY 6/28
7:31 a.m. Someone called from High- way 2 to report that someone in a large vehicle was driving 80 mph in a 60 mph zone.
9:27 a.m. A Hungry Horse woman re- ported that the woman who stalks her recently broke in and “peed on her bed.” Additionally, this same wom- an turned the water supply off to her washing machine and may or may not have put poison in her drinks.
11:14 a.m. A woman called from the safety of her apartment on Highway 35 in Kalispell to report that the agi- tated neighbor man was outside yell- ing, accusing her of cat theft.
11:48 a.m. A local man called in after finding a pile of bones buried in a hole near his home on Highway 35 in Ka- lispell. A deputy determined that the bones belonged to a dead deer.
1:54 p.m. A woman on Harmony Road reported that her house smells bad. She suspects the smell is related to her neighbor’s pig.
4:22 p.m. Someone reported that kids were lighting off fireworks on Leisure Drive.
8:12 p.m. A man on Smith Lake Road found his stolen deer head in the back of another man’s truck.
8:41 p.m. An employee of a local casino reported that someone threw a fire- work in their dumpster and started a fire. The fire was put out without in- cident.
11:16 p.m. A husky wearing a red life preserver was spotted in West Glacier.
MONDAY 6/29
8:24 a.m. A pit bull was loose on Fourth Avenue East in Columbia Falls. It was taken to the shelter.
11:20 a.m. Someone saw a well-dressed man walk into a Kalispell church car- rying a rifle. Apparently, the pastor has a pellet he uses to shoot vermin.
11:23 a.m. Children were heard playing and a dog was panting into the phone during an accidental call to 911.
12:16 p.m. Someone in Columbia Falls called in to see if anyone had found their missing pit bull.
2:37 p.m. A county employee report- ed that an irritated man called him a “dumpster Nazi,” among other things.
5:54 p.m. A Kalispell man complained that his ex-girlfriend knows the com- bination to his lock and breaks into his house when she comes to town. He was advised to change his locks.
7:03 p.m. A Kalispell resident reported that a bunch of “gypsies” were parked in a nearby field lighting illegal camp- fires.
12:15 a.m. A resident on East Evergreen Drive reported that someone blew up his mailbox. An intoxicated teenager who claimed to have witnessed the bombing offered to pay for the mail- box. He was driven home to his par- ents.
3:46 a.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that the neighbors are tor- menting her with fireworks. However, the streets were quiet when a deputy drove through.
TUESDAY 6/30
6:45 a.m. Six cows were spotted stand- ing in the park and ride off of Highway 82.
7:15 a.m. Someone tried, but failed, to break into a coffee stand off of Wood- land Park Drive.
8:31 a.m. A dog that was certainly not large, but too big to be considered small and too small to be considered medium-sized was loose in the area of Conrad Drive.
10:08 a.m. A local woman reported that her neighbor attacked her while she was camping at the reservoir.
3:38 p.m. A purple-faced woman in a pink hat was seen wandering down River Place. She was gone when a dep- uty drove through the area.
4:24 p.m. A black cow was seen stand- ing on Tamarack Lane in Columbia Falls.
5:42 p.m. A Bigfork woman reported that someone stole her vase of coins that morning. She has a suspect in mind, but he denies any involvement.
5:54 p.m. Two golden retrievers ran away from their home on East Bow- man Drive in Kalispell.
6:59 p.m. A couple of “shady” looking men were seen peering in windows of vehicles parked at the river in Colum- bia Falls.
10:03 p.m. An irritated Columbia Falls man complained that the neighbor kid “got smart” with him when he asked him to lay off the fireworks.
12:00 a.m. Someone witnessed the driver of a large black truck toss their trash out into a parking lot on High- way 2 East in Kalispell.
12:19 a.m. A very loud motorcycle was heard driving up and down Willow Glen Drive. Apparently, this is an on- going problem.
