Wage range from $13.60 - $20.40 depending on experience. This position is responsible to input loan data to document preparation system. Book loans and prepare loan disbursement checks. Perform account maintenance on loan system. Perfect liens on collateral. Set up and scan completed loan files. Process loan payments and advances. Maintain knowledge of various loan types, regulatory requirements, and document and filing legalities.
This individual must have a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. The ability to constantly shift priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and is well- organized. Must be a team player with good communication skills. Previous bank experience preferred.

Wagerangefrom$10.20-$15.30dependingonexperience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to document tracking in our Suntell imaging system. Scanning loan files and exception documents. Maintaining insurance pending log and documentation pending list items. Ordering credit reports, filing UCC’s, perfecting liens, and completing payoffs. Disburse construction draws and commercial loan line of credit advances.
