3:22 p.m. A hotel manager on High- way 35 in Kalispell asked that a dep- uty assist her in evicting a potential- ly hostile man who had not paid for his stay. He said he would leave and thathewoulddoitinapeace,butdid plan to sue the hotel manager and the deputy.
9:23 a.m. A Columbia Falls man called 911 to report that his wife saw a cross-dresser standing near her picket fence. They were advised that itisnotillegalforamantodressasa woman.
10:14 a.m. A woman on Cayuse
Lane claimed that an old friend re- cently threatened her. When asked about the nature of the threats, she claimed he hasn’t been invited to her home, but plans to visit her anyway.
5:23 p.m. A Kalispell woman report- ed that her ex-husband, whom she has a restraining order against, was outside opening and closing her ga- rage door.

7:15 p.m. A woman called from a bar on Highway 35 in Kalispell to report that her “ride got pushed over and clocked in the face.” According to another woman at the bar, he was “stealing crap.”
6:26 p.m. A local woman reported that her father’s wheel had been loosened and fell off while he was driving.

8:48 p.m. A Hungry Horse man re- ported that he was lighting off fire- works in his backyard when the neighbor’s dog ran over and jumped into his fire pit. The man worried that the neighbor would retaliate. The neighbor didn’t and the dog was not seriously injured.
9:06 p.m. A concerned Kalispell woman claimed that her friend re- sponded to her text messages with statements and punctuation usage that were out of character.

11:41 p.m. An Olney man reported that a black bear was outside bang- ing on the windows and doors.
10:12 p.m. A highly intoxicated man on Helena Flats Road was peeled up off the ground by a deputy and taken inside his home to be cared for by the other adults there.

11:41 a.m. A woman called from Co- lumbia Falls to report that she pur- chased a new truck that morning and within five minutes of leaving it unattended, it had been stolen. She suspects her estranged husband fol- lowed her and took it. She was right.
8:42 a.m. A woman who recently ac- cused her son of stealing her tablet called back to say that she found it.
11:59 a.m. A local woman reported that her ex-roommate is holding her things hostage until she pays her debts.
4:55 p.m. A white Chihuahua was seen running northbound down School Addition Road in Somers.
7:20 p.m. An Evergreen man report- ed that his girlfriend moved in with a drug dealer.
5:34 p.m. Two women, one in a canoe and one in a raft, were dumped out of their boats while floating the Flat- head River near Columbia Falls.
7:21 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that a phone book salesman entered his “private drive” and delivered a phone book while his wife was home alone. The man would like to know how to better protect his wife from such events in the future.
5:43 p.m. An aggressive looking drunken man was seen stumbling along the Highway near Marion.
8:13 p.m. A Kila woman reported that her ex-husband totally de- stroyed her camper.
7:27 p.m. Four large cows broke through their fence and stood on Middle Road.
WEDNESDAY 7/2
9:46 p.m. A man called in concerned for his highly intoxicated friend who was floating the river on his own af- ter a long day of heavy drinking. He was later spotted stumbling along the Highway in Coram.
8:56 a.m. A white Tundra was re- ported stolen from an Evergreen resident.
10:53 a.m. A Kalispell man claimed that someone used his stolen credit card to rent a movie from a Red Box kiosk on Highway 2 West in Ever- green.
12:36 a.m. Reportedly, someone was setting off fireworks at a gas station on Highway 93 South.
10:57 a.m. A Columbia Falls woman called in to talk about dump trucks.
12:56 a.m. The drunken boater was once again spotted in a Coram bar. He was refused service and sent on his way.
