SUNDAY 7/25
6:43 a.m. A woman on Shady Lane complained that construction work- ers were making noise in the parking lot next to her house. She advised law enforcement that if they don’t make the noise stop, she would take matters into her own hands. She called back to state that the workers agreed that it was too early and would stop their work until 8 a.m.
6:47 a.m. A local woman reported that a man posted inappropriate pictures of her on Craigslist along with an ad listing her phone numbers.
8:18 a.m. A Mission Trail resident claimed that someone knocked over their basketball hoop and displaced a lawn chair from the deck to the drive- way.
8:55 a.m. A resident on Shady Lane re- ported that someone threw rocks at her windshield and dented her car door.
10:52 a.m. A Lakeside resident report- ed that her neighbors were outside taking pictures of her husband while he chopped down a tree.
MONDAY 7/26
1:24 p.m. One dog was loose on Mission Trail Way.
1:43 p.m. A man on West Valley Drive complained that the neighbor’s dogs are constantly loose and frequently chase members of his family.
1:52 p.m. A man with a history of bad behavior stole a can of malt liquor from a gas station on Highway 2 East.
5:47 p.m. A man on Birch Grove report- ed that the neighbor kids shot out the solar panel on his electric fence.
8:03 p.m. Someone called from High- way 40 West to report that the driver of black Jeep passed in a no-passing zone.
8:05 p.m. A Bigfork resident reported that the neighborhood “hippies” own one very naughty dog. Apparently, the dog has killed several of his chickens and was recently seen carrying a dead swan.
9:14 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident called in to discuss their neighbor’s suspicious activities.
9:26 p.m. Someone called from High- way 2 West to report that dump trucks drive past his residence at all hours of the night.
1:27 a.m. A man on Hathaway Lane re- ported that a German shepherd was outside barking at him.
TUESDAY 7/27
6:40 a.m. A man called in to talk about the guy he assaulted last week.

Lane reported that her two vehicles were ransacked during the night and her purse was stolen.
3:44 p.m. A man on Willow Glen Drive reported that his girlfriend brought a guy home from the bar last week and believes he stole his camera.
4:34 p.m. Someone called 911 from Highway 2 East after witnessing the driver of a Toyota Highlander violate the Stage 1 Fire Restrictions by throw- ing a lit cigarette on the ground.
5:58 p.m. A resident on Willow Glen Drive reported that his granddaughter found a camera in his yard.
WEDNESDAY 7/28
7:46 a.m. The district manager of a lo- cal gas station chain has video footage of beer theft.
1:05 p.m. A Lakeside resident found a safe in her front yard. She believes it may be stolen.
2:10 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident reported that she did not remove her plates before selling her car and has recently received numerous tickets. Apparently, the person who bought the car was in California and drives on the toll roads, but never pays the toll.
4:44 p.m. Three men stole jerky from a location on Highway 2 East.
THURSDAY 7/29
9:54 a.m. Someone lost a mattress and one tire on Tronstad Road.
10:11 a.m. A Columbia Falls resident reported that the nurse who works at his doctor’s office damaged his log splitter.
10:58 a.m. A Hungry Horse resident reported that the neighbors stole her UPS package.
12:35 p.m. An injured beagle was spot- ted on Second Street West North in Columbia Falls.
1:25 p.m. A resident on Haywire Gulch reported that the neighbor has “boo- by trapped” the road. Apparently, the trap consists of an 18-inch mound and an equally deep ditch.
4 p.m. Someone in Marion found a gro- cery bag containing rope, handcuffs and other items.
7:03 p.m. A Somers woman reported that a rabid skunk was hiding out un- der her porch.
