Order credit reports, flood certifications, title insurance, appraisals, payoffs, real estate market analyses, VODs and VOEs. Disburse construction draws and line of credit advances.
This individual must have a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. The ability to constantly shift priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and is well-organized. Must be a team player with good communication skills. Previous bank experience preferred.
