Kids are smart these days. I would have never thought to have a pizza personally delivered to me as I stepped off of the stage, just a moment after receiving my diploma. Then again, I’m not sure if they had delivery pizza in 1978 (yep, I’m that old).
But today, that’s exactly what happened at the CFHS Class of 2007 graduation ceremonies, as CFHS principals and SD6 board members handed out diplomas and high honors medals.
The big hit of the hour-long ceremony? News of $1.7 million in scholarships awarded to the Class of 2007.
This afternoon, parties all over town as families and friends celebrate an end and a new beginning for our seniors.
