This coming Saturday, Governor and First Lady Schweitzer will participate in a press conference and wall dedication at the Columbia Falls Habitat for Humanity Sweeney building site at approximately 1pm. The Sweeney home is the “Lowe’s Women Build” home, which encourages women to join the construction process, learn home construction skills and participate in improving the Columbia Falls community.
Driving directions to the Building Site on 4th Street in Columbia Falls. To get to the site, travel on Highway 40 through Columbia Falls. As you pass Coffee Traders on the right and Nucleus street onyour left, you will head East on Highway 40, and curve down the hill. On the left will be a dark brown building with a yellow sign on it ART and ANTIQUES. Turn left onto 3rd Street. Follow this street, curving to 5th street. You will see the Habitat site about 200 yards after you curve to the right on 3rdt street to become 5th.

–Work until a tasty Lunch is provided about 1:00 p.m. Media joins for lunch and prepares for Schweitzer arrival.
