Buildings and Cars Defaced

Jason Loveless, parks superintendent for the city of Whitefish, uses lacquer thinner to remove profane graffiti from the outside wall of the O’Shaughnessy Cultural Center in Whitefish on Thursday, Aug. 23. Vandals used green and red spray-paint to deface the exterior of the center, the Great Northern Brewing Company, Markus Foods and a number of vehicles in the O’Shaughnessy parking lot. The vandalism occurred around 11:42 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Whitefish Police Department. The incident is under investigation.
