Police Blotter: Dead Deer and Shady Mail

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Sunday included the following:

1:35 a.m. An assault took place at the Blue Moon.

2:14 a.m. A deer was injured at the Holiday Inn Gas Station.

3:24 a.m. There was a suspicious pedestrian wandering around on Helena Flats Road.

9:49 a.m. A dead deer needed to be hauled off Second Avenue.

12:19 p.m. A fight took place in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

2:42 p.m. A resident on Bar H Drive received some suspicious mail.

4:01 p.m. Stuff was stolen from the Homestead Café.

4:17 p.m. There was a dog in the road on Bighorn Drive.

5:10 p.m. A tree was on fire on Haywire Gulch.

6:54 p.m. A dog bit someone on Beaver Lake Drive.

The departments responded to 115 calls for service.
