Police Blotter: Contractor Dispute, More Stolen Copper

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Tuesday included the following:

8:29 a.m. A dispute between a homeowner and a contractor resulted in one of them poking the other one in the chest.

10:57 a.m. A Kila man claimed that someone stole his truck title out of his mailbox.

10:58 a.m. Someone staying at a campground in Evergreen reported that the ignition switch in his vehicle had been vandalized.

1:06 p.m. A man called the Sheriff’s Department because his girlfriend had flipped out and started throwing objects in his home.

1:30 p.m. More copper wire was stolen from an electrical sub station in Columbia Heights.

8:12 p.m. A guy wearing a wife-beater walked up to a man gambling at a bar in Kalispell and called him dirty names.

11:40 p.m. A small car with seven passengers was racing through Conlin’s Parking lot in Kalispell. The caller claimed the little racecar was probably going to hit someone and it was keeping him awake.

The departments responded to 145 calls for service.
