At the Polson Invitational Speech and Debate meet this past weekend, Columbia Falls won its eighteenth consecutive Class A speech and debate tournament, defeating Whitefish 44 to 30 with Hamilton placing 3rd with 20 points.

Laura Burgess – 6th in Humorous Oral Interpretation
Jon Riffey – 6th in Impromptu
Sami Venezio – 8th in Original Oratory
Melina Loeven – 8th in Expository
Taylor Hopkins – 8th in Impromptu
Columbia Falls travels to Kalispell this Friday and Saturday for a two day meet vs. area teams.
