“I didn’t see anything or smell anything,” Ward said. “I didn’t have a clue until I pulled over.”
That’s when the vehicle became engulfed in flames. Ward called 911 from Wheeler Jewelry and the Kalispell Fire Department responded. No one was injured. “He saved the (Thanksgiving) turkey,” said one witness. “It came through still frozen,” Ward added.
