Kalispell City Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. to vote on the Willow Creek subdivision. The developer plans 361 single family homes, 18 townhouses and 15 multi-family dwellings on 165 acres, west of the city limits along Meridian Road. It has been a long haul to reach this point; previous Willow Creek plans were turned down with city officials saying the development was too dense.
The council will also consider an IP telephone system for city offices. In a work session after the meeting, at which no formal votes are allowed, officials will discuss plans to expand the city airport.
