Deputies talked to the driver who informed them they were only looking for their friend’s house and not doing anything wrong.

2:38 a.m. An intoxicated man at a local tavern pulled a knife on his fellow drunken buddy in an attempt to convince him not to drive his ATV. Deputies responded and helped the friends settle their squabble amicably. No one was stabbed.

11:47 a.m. A man in his 30s was found dead in a Kalispell hotel. The Sheriff’s Department is investigating his death.
