It seems like only yesterday that folks in Columbia Falls were thrilled at the miraculous recovery of Brynn Shay from her car accident.
Brynn’s survival was no accident: She wore her seat belt. Every time I see her or her grandmother, Columbia Falls Lions Club member Gladys Shay, I’m reminded of the wild swing of emotions that the community went through during her ordeal.
Rather than get all preachy on you, just look at her pretty smile. It’s great to be able to see her and her friends together at the Jazz Cafe. The same goes for you, so as you head out on the road over the next few days, remember to put your seat belt on.
