Police Blotter: Icy Roads Spotted, Pawned Playstation

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Sunday included the following:

12:20 a.m. A Columbia Falls woman took her aggression out on a man.

2:04 a.m. Two drunken men were arguing outside a bar near Columbia Falls. One of the man was pushed and slammed his head on the ground. No medical attention was necessary and there were no arrests.

1:43 p.m. A concerned driver in Kalispell called in to say that the road was “treacherous.”

3:02 p.m. Someone in Kalispell rammed their car into another car and drove off.

5:05 p.m. Three pairs of goggles and gloves were stolen from individuals on Big Mountain.

6:23 p.m. Someone left a candle burning in a Kalispell office. The candle lit a little fire but was successfully put out by the Kalispell Fire Department. No one was hurt or burned.

6:25 p.m. Someone in Kalispell called in because they saw an icy road.

7:31 p.m. A man’s son took his Playstation 2 console to some lady’s house and left it there. The conniving lady then pawned the boy’s console for money.

8:05 p.m. An intoxicated female who was kicked out of a bar between Lakeside and Somers was seen walking, drunkenly, in the middle of the road towards Lakeside.

9:29 p.m. A Columbia Heights resident called in because they saw someone standing in their yard. The trespasser then ran away.

10:51 p.m. A woman called in because she had taken 19 painkillers. She was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

11:29 p.m. Roadkill was taken to the food bank so people can eat it.

The departments responded to 110 calls for service.
