Police Blotter: Drunken Dialing, Reserve Drive Flasher

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Monday included the following:

2:18 a.m. An intoxicated and argumentative couple on Ridgewood Drive in Kalispell needed to be counseled on the proper use of 911.

3:13 a.m. The intoxicated woman on Ridgewood Drive called in again because she couldn’t get her boyfriend to leave. Soon after they both decided to go to bed.

9:25 a.m. A woman called in to report a man driving a truck down Reserve Drive had flashed her.

12:04 p.m. A fence and vehicle on Gilbert Lake Drive were splattered with paintballs.

12:54 p.m. A resident on Stillwater Road called in to complain about snowmobiles driving through his field of brittle winter wheat.

1:11 p.m. A cat was trapped in a tree on West Valley Drive.

4:50 p.m. Someone called in about an intoxicated man pulled over on the side of Reserve. The man was actually not drunk. His vehicle had just broken down on the side of the road. A deputy gave him a ride home.

8:09 p.m. A woman called in from the Alpine Lodge because her boyfriend had locked her out of their room.

The departments responded to 127 calls for service.
