The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Wednesday included the following:
5:23 a.m. Two shotguns and a pistol were taken out of a vehicle on Maple Drive in Evergreen.
7:52 a.m. A vehicle on Stone Street in Kalispell was broken into, but nothing was taken.
8:03 a.m. A vehicle on Pebble Drive in Kalispell was broking into as well. Again, nothing was taken.
8:12 a.m. Apparently, the thief found what they wanted when they broke into a vehicle on Rock Street in Kalispell and stole a purse.
12:35 p.m. Someone called in from Super One to report that a posse of kids were gathering behind the store with guns and knives. When deputies arrived there were no weapon-wielding children to be found.
1:30 p.m. The departments are on the lookout for a wanted man from Lewiston, Idaho. He is expected to be armed and dangerous.
2:06 p.m. Someone exposed themselves to someone else on US Highway 2.
2:28 p.m. Someone was bitten by a skunk.
5:03 p.m. Someone called in from Evergreen to say there might have been people in a gold Nissan exchanging drugs and money behind the McDonald’s.
5:15 p.m. A man called in from Stone Street in Evergreen to report that items were stolen out of his vehicle earlier that day.
5:23 p.m. Someone called in because they heard a dog barking on Grand Vista.
7:53 p.m. A young man was arrested for stealing two cans of beer from Super One Foods.
The departments responded to 164 calls for service.
