Police Blotter: Lesson Not Learned

By Christie Burns

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Wednesday included the following:

8:38 a.m. Four bull mastiffs chased down and attacked a lady who was out riding her bike. The owners of
the animals warned by an animal warden.

11:28 a.m. Dogs on Mooring Road are constantly barking.

2:00 p.m. A suspicious Evergreen resident called in because there was a white truck that turned around in front of their house.

3:09 p.m. Someone called in because they had a description of someone who left an Evergreen dining establishment without paying or tipping.

5:24 p.m. A man who was Tasered and arrested earlier this week for acting belligerent all over town was arrested again. He apparently was cussing at drivers near the La Quinta in Kalispell and kicking the slot machines in Lucky Lil’s near Wal-Mart.

8:38 p.m. Someone from West Valley School called in because there were a bunch of kids outside throwing snowballs at cars. The kids had ran off by the time deputies arrived.

8:41 p.m. Someone in Kalispell cut their finger. They did not need medical attention.

The departments responded to 142 calls for service.
