Police Blotter: Toy Gun Threat and Car-Sitting

The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Tuesday included the following:

7:54 a.m. An intoxicated transient was sitting in an Evergreen resident’s Ford Bronco. The transient said he was just sitting there until the church opened. He was asked to leave.

9:29 a.m. Someone broke into the West Shore Food Bank and scattered food all over the place.

12:27 p.m. Someone called from Brunner Road and said someone had shot at their vehicle with a pellet Gun.

12:39 p.m. A woman said her ex-boyfriend was at her home causing problems. Deputies discovered the man had an outstanding warrant and he was arrested for felony stalking.

12:43 p.m. Someone called in from the Conrad Cemetery to say that back in January someone dumped some trash in the ditch. They had just recently gone down and rooted through it and found possible contact information for the people who littered.

2:27 p.m. There was a feral cat in Somers.

3:28 p.m. A woman called in from Kalispell to complain about kids skateboarding in her driveway. She said they wouldn’t leave. They were gone when deputies arrived.

3:46 p.m. A drunken Evergreen man was arrested after threatening someone with a toy gun.

8:44 p.m. A woman from Columbia Falls called in because she said she could hear something outside. It was a cat.

8:57 p.m. Someone called in from Happy Valley because they saw two people slumped in a SUV with beer cans strewn around the vehicle. The vehicle was gone when deputies arrived.

1:41 a.m. There was a woman yelling outside on Shady Lane in Evergreen.

The departments responded to 156 calls for service.
