The Kalispell Police and Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Monday included the following:
11:01 a.m. Someone was seen climbing out of a green van with a handful of keys, then using the keys to try and break into a soda vending machine. They failed.
11:32 a.m. A woman called in to say that her 21-year-old granddaughter, who is visiting from California, is harassing her and driving across her property.
11:56 a.m. Two fugitive dogs that escaped the animal shelter on Cemetery Road were captured.
1:03 p.m. A sleepy transient was asked to wake up and remove himself and his bicycle from a Columbia Falls resident’s property.
3:05 p.m. Someone at Glacier International Airport called in to report that they saw a man punch a little dog that had jumped out of his vehicle.
4:07 p.m. A 33-year-old man was busted for stealing syringes from a store in Evergreen.
4:12 p.m. A Blanchard Lake Road woman called in to complain that her dog and her neighbor’s dog harass each other when her neighbor walks her dog by the house.
10:47 p.m. A man called in because his intoxicated ex-wife was at his home sitting on the front porch. She was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Glacier County.
