MISSOULA – A 26-year-old Libby man died in a weekend apartment fire.

The Libby Fire Department says Travis Anderson died in the fire, which was reported at about 2 a.m. Saturday.

Officials say the blaze started in Anderson’s apartment and spread to another apartment above a laundromat.

The cause is under investigation, but appears to be accidental.

Other residents of the apartments were treated at St. John’s hospital and released.
