The Flathead County Sheriff’s reports for Tuesday included the following:
There were eleven calls to the sheriff’s department about fallen trees, downed power lines and fiery explosions.
1:27 p.m. A Bigfork store employee called to say they had an adult male beer thief on a surveillance tape.
2:54 p.m. Columbia Falls lost another valuable riding lawnmower to a despicable thief.
3:04 p.m. Someone called in from Ferndale to talk about a cow that stood alone in its pasture and looked as if it needed to be milked.
3:17 p.m. Someone called in to complain that a woman on Bayou Road, who wasn’t drunk but seemed “out of it,” almost hit her car. When deputies checked on her she said she was looking for Bayou Road. They informed her that she had found it.
4:31 p.m. A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend keeps calling to tell her she’s “in trouble.”
