By Beacon Staff

The Montana Highway Patrol reports two men died in separate weekend highway accidents.

The Patrol says a 35-year-old Great Falls man died in a motorcycle accident around 2:45 Saturday afternoon on the Seeley-Swan Highway.

Trooper James Snyder said the Great Falls man was driving too fast to get around a righthand curve on Highway 83. The motorcyclist hit the guard rail on the left side of the road and was thrown from his motorcycle several feet down an embankment.

Earlier Saturday, a 22-year-old Columbia Falls man was driving a vehicle west on U.S. Highway 2, near West Glacier, when his vehicle rolled over and ejected him from the vehicle and injured three passengers. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
