Police Blotter: Dog Dispute and Fast Healer

12:06 a.m. A man with a yellow mohawk was seen fleeing on his skateboard after he reportedly kicked a car in a parking lot near Highway 35.

12:16 a.m. Three males in a green truck were reportedly chasing another vehicle. Some time later, three males were taken into custody near a Bigfork bar.

12:18 a.m. A woman in a green shirt was reportedly throwing beer bottles in the road. She was gone when deputies arrived.

12:39 a.m. A woman at a local hotel was arrested after someone reported that she was acting strange. It turned out she was drunk.

1:16 a.m. Someone on Airport Road called in to report that a woman had hit her husband. The parties had been drinking.

5:35 a.m. An old rusty truck was reported stolen from Half Moon Road.

11:42 a.m. A man called in to report that his neighbor punched him in the face.

1:31 p.m. A girl was foaming at the mouth. She had drank peroxide and poison control advised her not to eat for a half hour.

1:41 p.m. A motor home tipped on its side was blocking the road.

3:05 p.m. A driver who pulled out in front of another driver in Evergreen was tailgated and reportedly flipped off.

3:12 p.m. A man called in to report that his neighbor had choked him. The dispute, supposedly, was over dogs barking.

5:01 p.m. A man who reported his raft stolen found it on the bank of the Middle Fork near West Glacier.

7:11 p.m. A woman in a blue dress was reportedly yelling profanities in front of her children at Foys Lake. She was accompanied by a group of about 20 beer drinkers.

9:19 p.m. A teenage male was seen whipping a goat on the North Fork Road in Columbia Falls.

10:01 p.m. A woman in Whitefish called in to report that a saleswoman had stopped at her house three times in one day.

11:10 p.m. There was a box in the road on U.S. Highway 93.

11:19 p.m. Someone called in to report that they had caught the kids who had egged their apartment. The youths and the tenant scheduled a clean-up date.

12:15 a.m. A man in Shelter Valley called in to report that he had yelled at someone that was walking on the roof of his home.

12:21 a.m. A man who couldn’t stomach his intoxicated wife any longer left her at a restaurant near a Whitefish golf course. She was eventually taken to jail.

1:48 a.m. An intoxicated woman near Woodland Park claimed to have been spit on and hit by a car. She declined medical attention and took a taxi home.

The departments responded to 174 calls for service.
