POLSON –The Montana Highway Patrol says an 18-year-old Ronan woman has died after a one-vehicle rollover south of Polson.

The crash happened about 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Montana Highway Patrol trooper Terry Rosenbaum says a group of four friends were coming back from a lake on a rough, dirt road in Sanders County. The driver hit a hole in the road and lost control of the vehicle, which went up an embankment and overturned.

The Sanders County coroner identified the victim as Allison Crenshaw. She was ejected from the vehicle during the crash.

Three male passengers, all 18, were treated for minor injuries.

Rosenbaum says none of the occupants were wearing seat belts.
