Police Blotter: Land Ho and Family Affair

9:16 a.m. A distraught woman on Crestview Drive in Bigfork called in to complain about her ex and his drinking.

9:38 a.m. A vehicle hit a fence on West Valley Drive, damaging the gate.

2:29 p.m. A door was pried but could not be opened, and what would have been stolen, remained put.

4:42 p.m. Apparently, a woman in Evergreen, ran into a board and busted her nose. Her husband took her to the hospital.

4:58 p.m. A seven-year-old child was found four minutes after their parent reported the youngster missing.

6:31 p.m. Someone driving on LaSalle in Kalispell received the middle finger from the erratic driver of a red Pontiac.

8:16 p.m. A boat fell on a man and pinned his legs. Luckily, though, for the Lake Hills Lane resident, his neighbors were able to move the boat. It was not in the water.

10:11 p.m. A 29-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He joined his brother who has been in the slammer for a while–he violated the terms of his probation.

12:40 a.m. A deranged woman tapped on a window of an East Mountain Meadow home.

2:46 a.m. A woman alleges that her boyfriend hit her with a car. He claims she jumped in front of the moving vehicle. He went to jail for negligent vehicular assault. He was also intoxicated.

The departments responded to 91 calls for service.
