Brother Attacks With 409

7:44 a.m. A man was thought to be living in his car near Columbia Falls. Turns out, though, that his car was only inoperable. He had gone home.

8:10 a.m. The theft of a rifle was reported.

8:16 a.m. Someone in Kila had a rapid heart rate.

8:42 a.m. A prisoner wanted to talk to a deputy because he thinks someone stole from him while he was incarcerated.

8:47 a.m. A white horse was without water.

9:30 a.m. Former tenants have yet to find place to house their dog. So they left the dog at their old place.

11:09 a.m. A Columbia Falls man says his property continues to be tampered with.

11:33 a.m. A person said their in-laws were chopping wood that didn’t belong to them.

11:37 a.m. A black-and-white dog was chasing cars on Whitefish Stage Road.

2:34 p.m. A man was lacerated by some farm equipment.

2:40 p.m. Feminine hygiene products were stolen from an Evergreen box store.

4:24 p.m. A man called the Forest Service and asked if he could get a place “away from everyone.”

4:31 p.m. Allegedly, someone’s brother hit them with a “Costco-sized” bottle of 409.

5:26 p.m. A man carrying a gun walked toward a camper.

5:37 p.m. Wanted: A couple headed eastbound from Evergreen with stolen groceries.

7:16 p.m. A 12-year-old boy received a lecture from a deputy. He had been stealing from home.

8:40 p.m. Authorities are looking for a man. Allegedly, he made threats against the law and could be carrying a handgun.

10:21 p.m. A woman took a shot of bear spray in the face.

The departments responded to 147 calls for service.
