Woman Killed in Head-On Crash Identified

POLSON – Lake County officials have released the name of a 43-year-old Missoula woman who died in a head-on crash near Arlee.

Sheriff Lucky Larson says Shari Ann Tiger died Wednesday night after the car she was riding in crossed into the opposite lane of U.S. Highway 93 and struck another vehicle head-on. The Montana Highway Patrol says snowy roads and alcohol contributed to the crash.

Larson says Tiger had recently moved to Missoula from Pueblo, Colo.
