5:50 a.m. Three men were lurking around a gas station in Evergreen. They really wanted a ride.

6:17 a.m. Monies from a tip jar were reported stolen.

7:05 a.m. A Fifth Avenue West resident suffered from a nosebleed.

9:03 a.m. Nonperishable food items were reported stolen from a food locker.

9:12 a.m. A report of a fire in the wall of a Second Avenue East home in Kalispell was unfounded.

9:35 a.m. Candy was lodged in a 3-year-old child’s throat.

10:15 a.m. Someone on Green Briar Drive in Kalispell had a backache.

11:23 a.m. A Frontage Road resident wanted extra patrol in the area. Reportedly, they saw footprints in the snow near the rear of their home.

11:26 a.m. Someone hurt their back at Big Mountain. They went to the hospital.

11:29 a.m. A vehicle with Arizona plates was blocking a man’s driveway. He had the vehicle towed.

1:59 p.m. A train and a semi truck collided at the intersection of Jellison Lane and Jellison Road. There were no injuries.

2:17 p.m. A person who bought goods in Kalispell fled to Canada and canceled the check they wrote for the merchandise.

3:43 p.m. A woman said a white vehicle followed her while she walked down the road.

4:26 p.m Occupants of a Toyota hatchback were throwing large fireworks from the vehicle as it traveled down Big Mountain Road. The explosives looked like m-80’s.

7:46 p.m. A 48-year-old man who made threats with a knife spent the night in jail

8:57 p.m. Things were thrown and threats were made, but in the end, a husband and wife made nice.

11:02 p.m. Music was reportedly heard from a car wash.

2:03 a.m. A woman said she heard scraping on her window.

The departments responded to 177 calls for service.
