Underage Driving and Water Fight

8:45 a.m. A man was reportedly hit by a car, but it turns out the man actually suffered a possible stroke or seizure. The patient was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.

10:55 a.m. A 14-year-old male was dropping off other students at Marion School. Other students were worried that he didn’t have a license. Officers are investigating.

11:35 a.m. A possible hit-and-run was reported on Highway 2 near Kila. The case was turned over the Montana Highway Patrol.

11:43 a.m. Two 14-year-old males got into a fight at Evergreen Junior High. One of the youths suffered a black eye. School officials questioned the perpetrator and he confessed to the fight to a councilor.

1;30 p.m. A woman at Forest Acres Mobile Home Park was taken to jail for possession and a probation violation.

2:50 p.m. Officers served a misdemeanor warrant on Flathead Drive, but the person avoided jail time because the jail was too full.

3:54 p.m. Two males had an altercation on Mountain Drive in Hungry Horse. One threw a glass of water at the other. The two decided to take care of the situation themselves.

4:28 p.m. An adult male was caught shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

5:15 p.m. A patron at a local restaurant reported that his waitress tried to poison him. Officers investigated and the report was unfounded.

5:36 p.m. There was a water leak on Ridgewood Drive. The Evergreen Fire Department responded.

6:28 p.m. A can of gas was stolen out of the back of a truck on Cobbler Village Road.

7:32 p.m. There was a report of stalking on Many Lakes Drive. A deputy called and asked questions about the incident.

7:54 p.m. There was a three-vehicle accident on northbound Highway 93. Three patients were transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

8:23 p.m. There was a report of a loud music and possible minors in possession on Cobbler Way. The problem was taken care of prior to law enforcement’s arrival.

10:25 p.m. A verbal disturbance of a female yelling at a male was reported on Juniper Bay Road in Somers. The report was unfounded.

11:53 p.m. Two females got into a fight at an Evergreen bar. The two settled their differences.
