Drunken Burglary and Purse Snatcher

3:05 a.m. A 29-year-old male suffered some kind of allergic reaction and was transported to North Valley Hospital.

3:58 a.m. Someone was concerned after hearing seven gunshots south of their home on Fehlberg Lane in Coram.

4:41 a.m. Two neighbors, one male and one female, got into a verbal dispute on West Reserve. The two worked things out.

7:22 a.m. Someone was receiving harassing phone calls on Highway 93. Officers were able to reach the suspect and they agreed to stop.

8:50 a.m. A 29-year-old male was arrested for partner assault in Evergreen.

10:42 a.m. A pair of vehicles were broken into at an auto shop on Highway 93 South. One of the vehicles no longer has a stereo.

1:02 p.m. A couple of kids were skateboarding outside a chiropractor office on Highway 2. The youths were gone when officers arrived.

1:28 p.m. An ex-husband was calling his ex-wife’s parents and harassing them. The two parties agreed to work things out.

1:48 p.m. Someone at a local bar thought that their vehicle had been stolen. It was in fact towed away by the Columbia Falls Police Department, not stolen.

3:20 p.m. A verbal dispute broke out between two neighbors over a driveway easement on Mountain View Drive.

4:47 p.m. A female was reported as missing on Piney Dell Trail. She had been out riding her horse and got home late. The call was canceled when she returned.

5:20 p.m. Medication was taken from a residence on Ridgewood Drive.

5:49 p.m. There was a rockslide that covered both lanes of the road a few miles east of West Glacier.

6:27 p.m. A 17-year-old female was caught shoplifting cosmetics from a local department store.

6:47 p.m. A 13-year-old female was arrested for assaulting her 78-year-old grandmother.

8:31 p.m. A 20-year-old female rolled the ATV she was driving on Hubbart Dam Road. The Marion Fire Department transported her and another person to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

9:41 p.m. People were yelling at each other on Bills Road in Lakeside. It turns out they were just goofing around.

10:04 p.m. Someone on Cedar Drive was receiving obscene phone calls.

10:06 p.m. A night of drinking among four males on LaBrant Road near Bigfork led to some conflicting stories concerning a drunken disturbance. In the end two males were arrested on burglary charges.

2:22 a.m. A 53-year-old woman returning home from work had her purse snatched while in her driveway. The culprit took off in a waiting vehicle. Although there was a slight struggle, the woman didn’t suffer any injuries.
