Campaign for Liberty Questions Rehberg on AIG Bonus Tax

I missed this video, posted on YouTube last week by the Montana Campaign for Liberty in which Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., explained his vote in favor of taxing AIG bonuses. The interview takes place in Kalispell during the Lincoln-Reagan Day Republican fundraiser March 21.

It should be noted that the Montana Campaign for Liberty is the state branch of the group that supported Rep. Ron Paul for president and, judging by the video, agreed with Paul’s view that the AIG taxes approved by the U.S. House were unconstitutional.

Also, included in the video are references to conversations Campaign for Liberty members allegedly had off camera with Rehberg and his staff. I obviously can’t verify those accounts.

It is clear, however, that local Ron Paul supporters have remained politically active several months after the presidential election.
