Flags to be Flown at Half Staff for Trooper Haynes

HELENA – Gov. Brian Schweitzer ordered that all flags on state property be flown at half staff Tuesday to honor the memory of Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Michael Haynes.

Haynes died Friday as the result of injuries suffered in a head-on collision while on duty on March 23.
