Next week (April 12-18) is National Library Week. To celebrate, the Flathead County Library System will be sponsoring a “Food For Fines” project to benefit the Flathead Food Bank. During the week, the library will accept an unexpired non-perishable food item in place of $1 in library fines. You might also want to visit the FCLS Web site at www.flatheadcountylibrary.org to check out all the things the libraries have going on: movies, classes, programs, events and the new electronic books. And, if you’re at the library, maybe remember to take a moment and thank the librarians for all their work, too.
