By Beacon Staff

BOZEMAN – A Bozeman man faces an attempted murder charge after a woman was pushed out of a second-floor apartment window.

The woman suffered a broken right elbow, broken left foot and an apparent stab wound in an April 18 altercation.

Jeremy Jerla was arrested, but has not appeared in court on the charge.

The woman told officers she came to Bozeman to visit Jerla. She says she arrived at his apartment shortly after noon on April 18 and he indicated that he’d been doing drugs. She told officers that she was sitting next to an open window when Jerla pushed her out with both hands. She says she grabbed for something so she wouldn’t fall and Jerla pushed her again
