According to POLITICO, MoveOn.org is airing commercials in Montana, and two other states, aimed at influencing politicians on Capitol Hill before the “critical week ahead” in the tense negotiations on health care reform.
The spot is also airing in Iowa and Washington through Wednesday. I’m assuming the Treasure State was chosen to pressure Democratic Montana Sen. Max Baucus, chair of the Senate Finance Committee, to continue his push to overhaul the nation’s health care system.

On the other end, Conservatives for Patients’ Rights is airing ads this month on CNN and Fox News.
