In other news, fearful of the Obama administration’s potential to tighten gun control laws, people from all over the country are continuing to stock up on guns and ammunition. The state is investigating at a ranch in Powder River County where Sheriff John Blain shot and killed a man Monday. Meanwhile, another shooting investigation found a federal agent justified in the use of deadly force that ended a random shooting spree in Glasgow.
