All Aboard: Disney’s Train Tour Comes to Whitefish

By Beacon Staff

“Disney’s A Christmas Carol” train tour is in Whitefish on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11. The train is pretty cool: it’s a free, attraction where people can get a behind-the-scenes look at the work behind the new film “Disney’s A Christmas Carol,” including watching select scenes in a digital 3-D theater, Charles Dickens Museum artifacts, carolers, snow in June and more.

The Whitefish stop is part of a larger promotional tour where the train is visiting 40 cities in 36 states to pump the release of the movie, which stars Jim Carrey and is directed by Robert Zemeckis. The train will be at the Amtrak Station (500 Depot Street) in Whitefish, and is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
