Bibler Home and Garden Tours Scheduled for July 28-31

By Beacon Staff

Calling all flower enthusiasts: The Flathead Valley Community College Foundation will host summer tours of the Bibler Home and Gardens the last week in July.

The tours begin with a special kick-off event July 27, featuring a wine reception with light hors d’oeuvres. At that event, FVCC Art Instructor John Rawlings will showcase the Bibler’s collection of fine art and guests will be the first to stroll the newly re-landscaped summer gardens. The kick-off event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $50 for adults and $90 per couple and must be purchased in advance. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend.

Tours of the gardens and the home’s collection of antiques, sculptures and heirloom Persian carpets will be one-and-a-half hours in length and will take place July 27-31. Tickets are $10 for adults and $3 for children and must be purchased in advance.

Proceeds from the kick-off reception and all tours will benefit the scholarship program at FVCC.

To purchase tickets, or for times and availability, visit www.biblergardens.org, or call the FVCC Foundation Office at (406) 756-3963.
