Beginning on Monday Aug. 10, hunters will be able to buy licenses for over-the-counter antelope, “Deer B” and surplus for deer, elk and antelope, according to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. Hunters may hold up to three antelope licenses, only one of which may be an either-sex license, and may possess a total of seven “Deer B” (antler-less) licenses in any combination via drawing, over-the-counter or surplus purchase. Surplus licenses can be purchased online beginning at 5 a.m. on Monday at www.fwp.mt.gov or from any Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks license provider. There are no surplus licenses available in Region One.
