Sean Minor’s kids are the reason that this wine is named 4 Bears. The kids were always under foot while he was developing the various blends of barrels and vineyards that were going into his new project. With youthful noses, they expressed accurate accounts of aromas and flavors. They found cola, plums, blackberry and other juicy black fruits. Add the deep texture of great California 07’ Pinot Noir and you have the best possible match with salmon.
