Persistent Knocker and an Adult Assault

8:35 a.m. Someone thought that a golden retriever was on an unusually short leash on Blacktail Road. The dog was actually fine.

9:06 a.m. A Lakeside youth was bitten by a pit bull on the way to school. Fortunately, it didn’t bit hard enough to break the skin.

9:20 a.m. Someone in Bigfork is suspicious of a man who hangs around a local coffee shop at strange hours of the day.

9:39 a.m. A man on a bike knocked on a Witty Lane door and asked to use the phone. The resident refused and the man kept knocking.

11:10 a.m. A pit bull and a golden retriever mix ran wild on Highway 2 West.

11:21 a.m. Someone stole medication from a parked car at a Marion convenience store.

11:24 a.m. Trees were on fire on Berne Road.

11:32 a.m. A person from New Jersey reports that their laptop was stolen in Glacier Park at the beginning of September.

12:18 p.m. A Hungry Horse business was pelted with paintballs and plastered with eggs.

1:14 p.m. Someone stole a gun from a Bigfork bar.

1:38 p.m. Two dogs in Creston were not where they belong.

2:47 p.m. Someone received an email that stated, “This is goodbye.” Authorities checked on the sender and found him to be perfectly fine.

4:13 p.m. Someone wanted to report an assault and then changed their mind.

4:17 p.m. A visitor refused to leave a home on Silver Leaf Drive.

4:37 p.m. Someone called to report that a coworker recorded the reporting party and another person engaged in intimate activity.

4:42 p.m. A Kalispell resident is concerned about a neighbor’s horses.

5:01 p.m. Two young girls got in a fight at a local junior high.

5:04 p.m. Approximately twenty white crosses were found near a local boat launch.

5:43 p.m. A drunken woman needed medical attention before she went to jail.

6:09 p.m. One man hit another man with his fist at a local convenience store. Evidently, the victim stole the suspect’s video game player.

7:27p.m. A hunter in the Ashley Lake area was late coming home because of a flat tire.

7:43 p.m. One woman took another woman’s cell phone. The first woman wants it back.

11:20 p.m. A resident of KM Ranch Road feels that someone might be living in a horse trailer parked on his property.
