3:24 a.m. A man struck a woman in the throat with his hand and then left on foot.

9:25 a.m. Two individuals were harassing one another at a Bigfork gym.

10:07 a.m. A trailer in Columbia Falls burned for 45 minutes.

10:29 a.m. Someone called to request a welfare check on an elderly friend who hadn’t been in contact with them for two days. As it turns out, the gentleman was gone on a hunting trip.

11:05 a.m. A resident of Flathead Drive called to report that a neighbor had left three puppies, about 3 months old, outside in the cold overnight.

11:35 a.m. Sometime within the past week, an intruder entered an unlocked house on Trumble Creek Road and took money from the home.

11:47 a.m. A man apparently likes to send threatening emails to someone in Lakeside.

1:02 p.m. In July, a West Glacier man purchased several items at a ham radio conference for another individual with the understanding that he would be reimbursed. The man has yet to be repaid.

2:02 p.m. Apparently, someone on Trap Road has 52 cat and 26 dogs and is not caring for them properly.

2:22 p.m. Someone claimed to have overheard the owner of one auto dealership threaten to damage the vehicles and the general manager at another dealership. Fortunately for the manager, the report proved unfounded.

2:42 p.m. A resident of Whitefish Stage Road called and indicated that her husband had “gone psycho” and needed medical attention for a cut on his hand due to a broken beer bottle. The male subject went to jail for partner/family member assault

2:53 p.m. Someone and his girlfriend left an Evergreen family eatery without paying for their meal.

4:14 p.m. A resident of Martin City reports that someone was running around their house and hiding in the bushes. The subject was described as wearing a puffy dress with long johns and pants underneath.

4:57 p.m. A vicious dog ravaged Brunner Road, killing one sheep and injuring two others.

5:48 p.m. Several juveniles ran around suspiciously on a roof in Bigfork.

5:52 p.m. An electrical problem caused flames in a bathroom on Sunset Drive.

6:58 p.m. A sickly hound dog showed up at a home on Mustang Way.

9:19 p.m. A drunk man went to the bathroom in the bushes outside an Evergreen fast food restaurant. Authorities responded but could not find the leaky man.

10:39 p.m. Someone on Hodgson Road called to report that their chimney was “pretty red” and was close to catching on fire. The party called back four minutes later to say that everything was fine.

11:33 p.m. Three women were about to cause a fight outside a local motel before authorities stopped them.
