8:41 a.m. A garage door on Valley Drive has been mysteriously opening when the homeowner isn’t around. Recently, part of a deer carcass went missing from the open garage.
11:10 a.m. Someone on Sunrise Drive found a dent in their driver-side door.
11:21 a.m. A suspicious panhandler was invited to leave the middle of the highway.
12:06 p.m. Someone in Columbia Falls called to report that their father didn’t have a driver’s license and had just taken the car out for a spin. The man eventually came back and all was well.
12:18 p.m. A house on Northview Loop filled with smoke due to burnt food in the microwave.
12:43 p.m. A hired hand stole items from a home on Ashley Lake Road.
12:45 p.m. A locked truck was stolen from the side of the Northfork Road.
1:18 p.m. Over one year ago, a theft occurred on Dun Movin Lane.
1:26 p.m. One woman has been harassing another woman via mail, email and telephone.
1:29 p.m. Fourteen head of horses ran loose on Foys Lake Road.
1:45 p.m. A car drove by a home on East Evergreen Drive and threw a puppy out. The pooch has since been taken to the shelter.
3:25 p.m. Someone driving a white pickup has been taking pictures of a home on Parliament Drive. That person is from an insurance company.
3:34 p.m. A brand-new lawn mower turned up in a Conrad Drive backyard. A neighbor claims that two boys put it there.
5:59 p.m. A man attempted to steal three video games from an Evergreen box store but dropped them on the way out.
6:48 p.m. A local dad forced his teenager to break up with her boyfriend. This evidently upset the young man’s parents, who threatened his well-being.
8:44 p.m. Two young males yelled at a man who was checking his beaver traps on a local river.
9:04 p.m. A gaggle of teenagers threw rocks at cars in Kila.
11:34 p.m. One drunken man threatened to shoot another after he approached a woman at a Columbia Falls bar. The two separated and the victim doesn’t want to press charges.
