Candy Bar Thief and a Sneaky Boyfriend

9:00 a.m. A 20-year-old female subject was unconscious but breathing on Fairview Lane. The woman was on pain medications for a cut finger and may have overdosed.

9:53 a.m. An ex-customer threatened a Bigfork locksmith.

10:09 a.m. A suspicious vehicle in Hungry Horse turned out to be someone moving into a residence.

10:24 a.m. A resident of Springhill Road was alarmed to find that nine domestic geese had gone missing from her property. The woman conjectured that they had been stolen, as domestic geese can’t fly.

10:30 a.m. Someone arrived at their Jensen Road home to find the door open and the cat gone. The reporting party suspects an ex-tenant.

12:59 p.m. A dog on River Road appeared to have to food or water. Authorities arrived to find that the dog did in fact have food and a heated water bowl.

1:07 p.m. A new inmate carried marijuana into the Flathead County Detention Center.

1:12 p.m. A 6-year-old was cut by a broken mirror at a location on Highway 35.

1:19 p.m. Trucks and equipment were burglarized on Spruce Drive.

2:41 p.m. Someone called to report that his ex-girlfriend’s property was stolen from his grandparent’s porch.

3:03 p.m. Ten mules were reportedly neglected on West Springcreek Drive. Authorities found that they in fact had plenty of hay available and were in good condition.

6:09 p.m. A woman on Mallard Loop pepper-sprayed what she thought to be a prowler at her residence. The “prowler” turned out to be a process server.

6:28 p.m. An 18-year-old male shoplifted two candy bars from an Evergreen grocery store. When approached, the man hit a store employee. He was jailed for misdemeanor assault.

6:40 p.m. A vehicle was driving north in the southbound lane, posing a hazard to other motorists.

7:47 p.m. Someone in Martin City reportedly saw a man looking through her bedroom window. No one was on the scene when authorities arrived.

8:44 p.m. A company has called a party on Panoramic Drive three times attempting to sell them a false warranty.

10:12 p.m. A “large ball of fire” blazed in Kalispell but was quickly extinguished.

10:55 p.m. Large boxes obstructed Highway 93.

10:57 p.m. Several parties engaged in an altercation over rent on Harmony Road.

2:39 a.m. A 13-year-old male party crawled through a trailer window in Marion in order to visit his girlfriend. The young girl’s grandparent did not appreciate this behavior.
